The Administrative Cum Operations will be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of the company while also contributing to its marketing and business development efforts.

Job Title : Administrative Cum Operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operation Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of inventory for clinic and boutique
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Candidates with previous working experience in a clinic or healthcare environment will have an added advantage.
• Ensure that all employees have valid passports and work permits required for their roles. This includes tracking expiration dates, renewing documents in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Operation Manager or the management to support the overall operations and growth of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Possess own transport with valid driving license
• At least 2 years experience in related field.
• Good communication skills both written and oral : English and Bahasa Malaysia,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• This role requires to travel. Candidates must be willing and able to travel as required for business and operational purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
