Fullstack Developer (Flutter & Polyglot Backend)

About the Role
We are an agile startup seeking an adaptable, hands-on Fullstack Developer to build and scale our core platform. You will take direct ownership across cross-platform mobile applications, transactional backend services, and multi-cloud infrastructure.
Tech Stack

• Mobile & Web: Flutter (iOS/Android), JavaScript / TypeScript

• Backend: PHP (8.x), Node.js, Go, Python

• Databases: MySQL / MariaDB, Firebase (Firestore, Auth)

• Cloud & OS: Linux, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker

What You’ll Do

• Build and release cross-platform mobile features using Flutter.

• Develop resilient APIs, background workers, and microservices across PHP, Node.js, Go, and Python.

• Design and optimize relational schemas in MySQL, integrating Firebase for real-time sync and auth.

• Deploy, secure, and maintain production workloads on Linux environments across AWS and GCP.

• Own feature lifecycles end-to-end, from API contract design to deployment and live monitoring.

Requirements

• Mobile Delivery: 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying apps using Flutter & Dart.

• Backend Fluency: Strong background in at least two: PHP, Node.js, Go, or Python, with the ability to read and contribute across the stack.

• Database Skills: Solid understanding of query optimization, indexing, and transactions in MySQL, paired with Firebase services.

• Cloud & Systems: Practical experience administering Linux systems and working with core AWS or Google Cloud services.

• Engineering Standards: Experience with Git workflows, Docker containerization, and REST API design.

Nice to Have

• Experience with message brokers, asynchronous queues, or event-driven systems.

• Background in payment workflows, closed-loop wallets, digital vouchers, or POS integrations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
