We are looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate to join our team as an Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Handling full set accounts (AP, AR, GL)

• Preparing monthly & annual financial reports

• Performing bank reconciliation

• Managing invoices, payments & customer collections

• Preparing documents for audit & tax

• Ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN)

• Assisting in budgeting and cash flow management

• Coordinating with shipping agents to ensure Customs forms (K1/K2/K9) match purchase invoices

• Managing SST filing. Since you are export-oriented, ensure the factory uses SST exemption

• Managing LMW / Bonded Warehouse, handling quarterly reports M1/M2 for Customs

• Performing monthly stock counts and reconciling warehouse records with the accounting system to prevent losses

• Monitoring daily bank balances to ensure sufficient funds for salaries, utilities, , and supplier payments. Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
