Application Support Developer (Low-Code):
- Able to build and configure applications, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and integrations
- Able to understand business requirements and translate them into practical application solutions
- Basic understanding of SQL tables, relationships and queries
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JavaScript, JSON and system integrations
- Able to investigate and troubleshoot application errors, integration failures and data issues
- Strong logical thinking with basic programming/database knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Junior applicants with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome
- Internship applicants must be available for a minimum of 6 months
Additional Criteria:
- Exposure to any low-code/no-code platform is an advantage
- Basic understanding of software testing, debugging and UAT
- Familiarity with Git/version control is an advantage
- Able to prepare simple technical documentation, user guides and troubleshooting records
- Good communication skills and comfortable communicating with internal users or clients
- Able to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and work independently when troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of authentication, permissions and application security would be advantageous
