Application Support Developer (Low-Code):

• Able to build and configure applications, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and integrations
• Able to understand business requirements and translate them into practical application solutions
• Basic understanding of SQL tables, relationships and queries
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JavaScript, JSON and system integrations
• Able to investigate and troubleshoot application errors, integration failures and data issues
• Strong logical thinking with basic programming/database knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Junior applicants with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome
• Internship applicants must be available for a minimum of 6 months

Additional Criteria:

• Exposure to any low-code/no-code platform is an advantage
• Basic understanding of software testing, debugging and UAT
• Familiarity with Git/version control is an advantage
• Able to prepare simple technical documentation, user guides and troubleshooting records
• Good communication skills and comfortable communicating with internal users or clients
• Able to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and work independently when troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of authentication, permissions and application security would be advantageous
