Requirements

Core Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills for resolving billing disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and send accurate sales invoices, e-Invoices, and client statements on time.
• Cash Application: Post incoming bank transfers or electronic payments and match them to open invoices.
• Collections: Track overdue accounts and contact clients via email or phone to secure payments.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile AR ledgers, clear discrepancies, and update customer account balances.
• Reporting: Prepare AR aging reports and cash collection forecasts for management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
