Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating creative decks, moodboards, content plans and presentations
• Brainstorm and develop social media content ideas
• Create graphics and simple visual content for social platforms
• Edit short-form videos / Reels / TikToks
• Write and adapt basic social media copy and captions
• Assist with content research, references and trend spotting
• Help prepare content and shot lists before shoots
• Attend and assist during on-site content shoots
• Organise creative assets, footage and working files
• Support the Creative Director with day-to-day creative execution across different client accounts

Qualifications / Who Wer Looking For:

• Good eye for design, branding and social media
• Understanding of platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe
• Ability to put together a clean, presentable deck
• Comfortable editing short-form video
• Organised and able to work independently from home
• Able to take feedback constructively
• Curious, resourceful and willing to learn
• Attention to detail
• Available for scheduled shoot days when required

As a Creative & Content Intern you will help build and scale content from idea through execution. You will work closely with the Creative Director to move concepts from idea → deck → shoot → edit → final content, own small projects, and support client-facing delivery. The role is mainly work from home with scheduled on-site shoot days and hands-on production tasks.

• Build practical portfolio pieces by producing short-form video and visual assets for real client and community campaigns.
• Expand your craft by creating moodboards, decks and content plans that shape a campaign’s look and tone.
• Sharpen editing and design skills by cutting Reels and TikToks, and producing simple graphics using Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools.
• Connect with production workflows through prep and on-set support, helping run shot lists and organising footage for final edits.
• Develop professional habits by working with briefs, adapting feedback, and managing files so your work is ready for client review.
