• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities according to production plans and schedules.
• Monitor production output, productivity, yield, quality, and equipment performance to achieve departmental targets.
• Lead, assign, and manage operators and technicians according to manpower requirements and production priorities.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and identify abnormalities, defects, downtime, and other operational issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure effective communication of production status, abnormalities, and pending issues.
• Monitor attendance, manpower allocation, overtime, shift arrangements, and discipline of production team members.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to operators and technicians on production processes, safety, quality, and work procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials, tools, equipment, and production consumables.
• Monitor machine and equipment conditions and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering teams for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement activities.
• Investigate production abnormalities and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, shift reports, downtime records, quality records, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, environmental requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Production Manager or management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
