Job Overview

Responsible for technical review of design schemes and drawings within designated area; managing and maintaining factory facilities and engineering systems, including HVAC, dehumidification, CDA, vacuum, power, and electrical systems. Ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of factory facilities and utility systems.
• Oversee engineering projects, including design review, quality, cost, schedule, and safety.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Lead facility upgrades and small-scale engineering projects.
• Troubleshoot facility and operational issues to ensure stable operations.
• Supervise and train technicians, including developing SOPs and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial plant or facility engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, power, water supply & drainage, and related facility systems.
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
