Java Analyst Programmer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Java Analyst Programmer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery of software solutions. This role requires strong

technical skills in the Java ecosystem, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and clarify user requirements through active participation in requirement gathering sessions.

• Design, develop, and implement application features using Java technologies.

• Support end-user acceptance testing and address feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users or testers in a timely manner.

• Contribute practical ideas and technical solutions for features and tasks assigned.

• Collaborate closely with team members on project activities to achieve shared goals.

• Communicate clearly and effectively, expressing ideas and technical concepts in a structured and easily

understandable manner.

• Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills in daily work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Solid proficiency in Core Java, JSP, and Servlet.

• Familiarity with Spring and Spring Boot is important; candidates are expected to have a good understanding of these

frameworks.

• Experience with SQL and database-related development.

• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat application server.

• Working knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript and HTML.

• Hands-on experience with version control using Git.

• Exposure to continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.

• Understanding of Microservices architecture.

• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving ability.

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
