We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily inventory and warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing and issuing goods while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring the store/warehouse remains organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
• Check quantity, condition and specifications of received items.
• Arrange and store goods properly according to category, SKU and location.
• Prepare and issue stock according to authorised requests or orders.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Perform regular stock counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items or stock shortages.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight low-stock or fast-moving items.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Keep the warehouse/store clean, safe and well organised.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Prepare basic inventory and stock movement reports.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Accounts and other departments regarding stock matters.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other warehouse/store-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory/warehouse systems such as ERP or SAP is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.
• Responsible, punctual and organised.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Forklift licence/certification is an advantage where applicable.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
