Messrs. Rosenida Azlina Hafidz & Co. located at Kajang, Setia Alam, Kemaman, Kuantan & Kota Bharu. We were established since 2013. We are a law firm that handles the sale and purchase of houses/land (properties), Litigation & Syariah. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Litigation Lawyer to handle legal disputes and represent the company/clients in court and other legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, providing sound legal advice, and managing their own client matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and manage litigation cases from start to finish.
• Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, or arbitrations.
• Liaise with clients, external counsel, and relevant authorities.
• Identify and secure new cases, files, or clients to build and maintain a steady portfolio.
• Ensure all legal matters comply with applicable laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation (civil/commercial).
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Self-driven and proactive in client and case development.
