Full Time OPERATION RUNNER Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in POLYHOME Seri Kembangan - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Attend to daily property maintenance issues
• Inspect rooms and common areas
• Handle basic maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with contractors and technicians
• Follow up on repair progress
• Conduct before/after repair checks
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, furniture and appliance issues
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests
• Update maintenance records and report completed works
• Assist with property inspections and other operational tasks

Requirements:

• Hands-on and practical
• Responsible and reliable
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to travel between properties
• Own transport and valid driving licence
• Basic maintenance knowledge is an advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
