Job Title: Sales Admin Intern

Location: Kenwingston Business Centre Cyberjaya

Internship Duration: 3,6, 12 months

Allowance: RM600-RM800

Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday (Only Tuesday and Thursday need to come office)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Internship:

LoomFilm Production is looking for a creative and passionate Sales Admin Intern to join our team! This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want real hands-on experience in the creative and wedding industry. You’ll get to learn, create, and grow in a fun, supportive, and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the sales team in handling incoming inquiries and customer data entry
• Prepare and update quotations, invoices and receipt
• Follow up with customers regarding payments, inquiries status, or requireed documents
• Organize and manage sales documents properly
• Answer basic customer calls/emails or direct them to the right sales personnel
• Support general administrative tasks when needed (meeting schedules, form filling, etc.)
• Maintain good communication with customers and internal departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
