About the Role

Join Accenture as a Software Tester Analyst, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of technology solutions. You will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and quality engineering professionals to design and execute testing activities that support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.

• Analyze product, system, infrastructure, and software requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test specifications.

• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and accessibility testing to validate application quality.

• Identify, document, track, and retest software defects while collaborating with development teams to support resolution efforts.

• Monitor and report testing progress, test results, defect status, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and project meetings to ensure quality considerations are addressed early in the development lifecycle.

• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user expectations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related technology role.

• Intermediate proficiency in .NET programming.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including data validation and query execution.

• Understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management processes, and quality assurance best practices.

• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).

• Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-based environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
