AI Engineer / AI Developer

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a junior AI Engineer / AI Developer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, enjoys experimenting with new technologies, and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement AI/ML solutions and applications.
• Work with the team to integrate AI models, APIs, and AI-powered tools into applications.
• Explore and experiment with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Assist in developing AI solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, chatbots, and AI automation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and improve AI applications and model performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and development is an advantage.
• Proficiency or hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LangChain, or similar.
• Strong willingness to learn, experiment, and keep up with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Language: Mandarin & English

Good to Have

• Internship, academic, or personal projects involving AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, or automation.
• Experience with OpenAI API, LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and basic software development practices.
• A portfolio, GitHub repository, or demonstration of AI-related projects.
