Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail & wholesale outlet. You will be overseeing staff performance, managing sales and inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting business targets in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and collaboration with the sales team to meet targets .
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent and consistent staff performance.
• Performance Management: Set, track and evaluate staff and branch performance against company KPIs and objectives.
• Customer Relations: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Inventory Management: Ensure stock record accuracy and optimal stock levels
• Reporting: Provide timely and accurate performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years years of experience in retail or wholesale industry.
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and team-oriented problem solver.
• Able and willing to travel as required for operations needs.

Good to Have:

• Strong local market knowledge and customer behavior insights.
• Experience in managing multiple outlets or a team of 30+.
• Fluent in all Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm)
