Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking and enterprise applications.

Basic knowledge of server administration and Active Directory

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support or system administration.

Experience supporting ERP, project management systems or document management systems is an added advantage.

Understanding of IT security and cybersecurity best practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Maintain and support IT infrastructure, hardware, software and network systems.

Install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications.

Monitor network connectivity, system availability and IT performance.

Provide technical support and assistance to end users.

Support IT setup and deployment activities at office and project sites.

Maintain user access, shared drives and business applications.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers on IT-related support.

Maintain IT asset records, documentation and support logs.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity requirements and data security standards.
