Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works at project sites.
Review structural drawings, technical specifications, construction drawings, and other relevant project documents.
Ensure structural works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams on technical and site matters.
Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Identify structural or construction issues and provide suitable technical solutions.
Assist in preparing method statements, technical submissions, reports, and other project documentation.
Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings when required.
Ensure works are completed according to the project schedule and required quality standards.
Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferably 2–5 years of working experience in civil and structural engineering, construction, or related fields.
Candidates with experience in building structures, reinforced concrete (RC), steel structures, foundations, or other structural works will be an advantage.
Able to read and understand structural and construction drawings.
Good knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and site coordination.
Familiar with AutoCAD and relevant engineering/software tools will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
