• Record and update daily accounting and financial transactions with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Prepare and process essential documents including invoices, bills, payment documents and vouchers.
• Retrieve, arrange and maintain financial documents for management review, audit purposes and internal reference.
• Keep accounting records, filing systems and supporting documents organised, complete and easy to trace.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide the necessary documents or information when required.
• Provide day-to-day general administrative support, including handling calls, incoming/outgoing mails and couriers.
• Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are properly stored and accessible.
• Handle routine office tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying and document preparation.
• Support management and the team with other administrative or accounting-related assignments from time to time.

Job requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word for daily work.
• Knowledge of UBS will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, organised and responsible, with a strong eye for detail.
• Able to manage documents systematically and work well as part of a team.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and handle responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
