About This Opportunity

Join us as a Technical Support Assistant and support our engineering team in maintaining product information, technical drawings, and documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical data and smooth daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• BOM Creation & Maintenance – Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in PLM and SAP systems.
• Technical Drawing Support – Prepare, revise, and maintain technical and commercial drawings.
• Documentation & Data Management – Maintain product specifications, master data, and technical documentation.
• Revision & Information Coordination – Track document revisions and coordinate the release of updated technical information to relevant teams.
• General Technical Support – Assist the engineering team with other tasks and projects to support smooth daily operations.

What You'll Need

Must Have

• Diploma in Engineering or any related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (required to communicate with China counterparts)

Good to Have

• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized and able to manage technical documents and data accurately.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
