Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
   - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
   - Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and tools used in semiconductor production.

2. Process Monitoring & Control:
   - Monitor and control production processes to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards.
   - Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new and existing equipment.

3. Technical Support:
   - Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact product quality or yield.
   - Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, process adjustments, and equipment performance.

4. Safety & Compliance:
   - Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
   - Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices within the manufacturing environment.

5. Continuous Improvement:
   - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, and improving process efficiency.

6. Quality Mindset:
   - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the work.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics) or similar disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor or similar high-tech Manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to equipment and processes.  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang (FIZ), Selangor.
