Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Governance
- Define enterprise-wide architecture principles and standards, and core strategic architecture direction
- Govern technology decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategy and cost efficiency
- Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance across all initiatives
- Partner with Digital Transformation Committee and business leaders to recommend architecture investments
Architecture Design & Roadmap
- Develop current-state and holistic future-state architecture from aspects of applications, data, integration, infrastructure and security; including transition strategy
- Drive simplification by reducing complexity, eliminating duplication, and enforcing modularity
- Own enterprise integration strategy (e.g. API-first, event-driven, data sharing)
Transformation Leadership
- Guide modernisation of tech stack - ERP, data platform, cybersecurity uplift, and MACH adoption
- Evaluate build vs buy vs partner decisions
- Ensure strategic vendors align to enterprise design
Stakeholder and team collaboration
- Act as a bridge between teams: Collaborate with various departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, and design, to align on goals and execution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: Keep stakeholders informed and gather their feedback to ensure the platform meets their needs.
- Foster collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team and across the organization.
- Architectural adoption: Ensure the proposed architecture and design is understood, implemented properly, and delivers benefits
Job Qualification:
- Over 10 years of architecture experience in multidomain enterprise scale ecosystem
- Expert in enterprise design, cloud, integration, data architecture
- Strong communication and executive-level influencing skills
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and sound judgement
- Highly collaborative, able to partner effectively across cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complexity
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity
- Leadership presence, with the ability to guide teams and drive alignment
