As a Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful execution of technology programs.

You will work closely with business and technology leaders to plan, execute, and govern projects while maintaining alignment on scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business outcomes. This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure project governance, compliance, and quality standards are maintained.
• Support continuous improvement and delivery excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing technology projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud, application modernization, data, infrastructure, or enterprise technology programs is preferred.
