We are looking for a Loan Processing & Sales Support to support the day-to-day processing of customer financing applications. The role involves reviewing application documents, following up with customers on application progress, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with sales and operational activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and has good communication skills. You should be comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and phone, able to manage multiple tasks and willing to learn new processes. Training will be provided to help you understand the role and develop your skills.

Additional commission opportunities are available based on assigned tasks and successfully completed cases.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and ensure all required application documents are complete and accurate.
• Manage and process customers’ financing applications.
• Liaise with customers to obtain the necessary documents and information.
• Follow up with customers and relevant parties on the status and progress of financing applications.
• Maintain and update accurate records of applications and their respective statuses.
• Assist with sales activities and customer follow-ups.
• Provide support for related operational and administrative tasks.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
