Job Descriptions :

• Payroll & Benefits - Administering payroll, OT checking, and other employee benefits.
• Recruitment - Overseeing the full hiring cycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relationship - Addressing employee grievances, managing conflicts, handle disciplinary issue, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Compliance & Policy - Ensuring compliance with labour laws and implementing company HR policies.
• Performance Management - Assisting with performance appraisal systems and goal setting.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
