Review engineering design proposals and technical drawings, and oversee quality, schedule, cost, and safety management for engineering projects to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of plant facilities, including HVAC and air-conditioning systems, dehumidification systems, CDA systems, vacuum systems, power, and electrical systems.
Monitor and manage energy consumption and develop energy-saving initiatives to improve the operational efficiency of factory facilities.
Oversee facility and property operation and maintenance activities to ensure the stability, reliability, quality, and safety of plant facilities.
Lead technical improvement and upgrading projects for factory facilities, including the planning and execution of small-scale engineering projects.
Supervise and guide technicians and contractors in daily facility operation and maintenance activities.
Develop and improve technical documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, system manuals, and maintenance procedures for HVAC, power, and electrical systems.
Provide technical guidance and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the facilities and maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, programmes, and training requirements.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Equipment Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant construction, facilities management, engineering project management, or plant operation and maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, water supply and drainage, power distribution, electrical systems, and process piping.
Experience in engineering planning, design review, construction management, and project execution within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of HVAC, power, and electrical systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to the need to communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Highly responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
