Duties for the role

• Assist in planning and coordinating roadshows, workshops, meetings and engagement activities.
• Support venue, registration, travel, equipment, refreshments and other logistical arrangements.
• Prepare attendance lists, programme materials, presentation files, feedback forms and briefing documents.
• Communicate with participants, speakers, vendors and other stakeholders as directed by the team.
• Provide on-site support, including registration, room preparation and coordination during programmes.
• Collect feedback, organise photographs and records, and assist in preparing simple programme reports.
• Maintain organised programme files, contact lists, timelines and action trackers.
• Carry out other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Majlis Media Malaysia is looking for an energetic and responsible intern to support our Media Reform and Practice programmes.

You will assist with roadshows, workshops, events, programme materials, participant coordination, logistics, and on-site arrangements.

Purpose of the role

• To support the planning and delivery of Media Reform and Practice programmes, including roadshows, workshops, engagement sessions and other activities.
• Responsible for assisting the team with programme coordination, participant communication, logistics, materials, on-site arrangements and basic reporting to help ensure activities are well organised and delivered smoothly.
