Responsibilities

• Create a fun, welcoming and memorable experience for every child and family.
• Assist customers with ticket sales, promotions, memberships and general enquiries.
• Engage with children and parents while ensuring they enjoy their experience.
• Help maintain the cleanliness, safety and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Support daily operations, activities, events and birthday parties when required.
• Actively promote packages, promotions and special events.
• Assist in creating fun and engaging social media content, including photos and videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Be comfortable appearing in and contributing creative ideas for social media content when needed.
• Work closely with the team to create an energetic, positive and exciting environment.

• Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service or children's entertainment is an advantage, but a great attitude is even more important!

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
