1. Mobile-first Filming (B-rolls & Visuals)

· Capture high-quality b-rolls and short-form videos using your mobile phone

· Follow creative direction and shooting guides for client campaigns

· Coordinate occasional in-office or on-site shoots

2. Editing with CapCut (Non-negotiable)

· Edit videos using CapCut (required)

· Combine voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and stock clips into cohesive, compelling content

· Work with footage provided by other teams and edit to meet platform-specific standards

3. Social Media-Ready Content

· Deliver engaging TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content

· Optimize for fast-paced attention-grabbing formats

· Understand content pacing, music trends, and visual hooks

4. Collaboration & Review

· Collaborate with content and marketing teams on direction and performance goals

· Implement feedback quickly and maintain consistent brand tone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
