Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management and monitoring of foreign workers
• Assist with foreign worker documentation, records and related administrative matters
• Assist in monitoring work permits, passports, insurance and other relevant documents
• Maintain and update foreign worker records and databases
• Coordinate with agents and relevant parties when required
• Assist in the daily administration and management of employee hostels
• Maintain hostel occupancy and room allocation records
• Monitor hostel cleanliness, maintenance and basic facilities
• Prepare, organize and maintain HR-related documents and records
• Assist with filing, data entry and document control

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
