Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily precast production activities to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, wastage and operational costs.
• Lead and supervise production supervisors, staff and workers.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Stockyard and Logistics teams.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements and environmental regulations.
• Investigate production issues, defects and non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze production reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Liaise with subcontractors, transporters and other external parties when required.
• Attend project/site/client meetings when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in precast concrete, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of precast production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in production planning, manpower management and production monitoring.
• Disciplined, proactive, responsible and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel/attend site meetings and work extended hours or shifts when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
