About Us

Techcare Innovation is a growing rehabilitation technology company dedicated to developing innovative solutions that improve quality of life. We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Representative to become a key link between our products and customers. You will learn and demonstrate our rehabilitation technologies, provide product training, handle customer enquiries, support sales activities, and help customers understand how our solutions can meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand our products and their applications.
• Coordinate exhibitions, CME sessions, and webinars.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and closing sales
• Coordinate product trials, delivery, installation, and related arrangements
• Plan and maintain regular social media updates.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Science, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience are an added advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point.
• Basic design skills using Canva are preferred; video shooting and editing skills are an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
