Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Accounts Department in daily accounting and administrative activities.
• Assist in processing and checking invoices, payment documents, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) related tasks.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents for payment, billing and filing purposes.
• Assist with reconciliation of accounts and supporting documents.
• Assist in checking and verifying financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the team in preparing monthly reports and schedules when required.
• Perform proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents and records.
• Perform other accounting-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh candidates with no prior working experience are encouraged to apply.

Monthly Allowance:

• Degree Student: RM1,500/month
• Diploma Student: RM1,000/month

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
