Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the building and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and refining structural and architectural designs that meet client requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations. This role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient and effective project delivery from concept through to completion.

Job Responsibilities

Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).

Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to integrate design solutions.

Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Prepare design reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies for proposed projects.

Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.

Assist in site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase.

Modify and update designs based on feedback, site conditions, or client requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of design documents in accordance with project schedules.

Participate in value engineering and risk assessments during the design stage.

Maintain accurate records of design changes, communications, and revisions.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Building Information Modelling.

- Experience in roof truss design would be an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
