Day-to-Day Operations

• Manage and supervise daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger functions.
• Monitor operational practices at the Head Office and branches to identify and address any unsafe or non-compliant practices.

Financial Reporting

• Review and verify financial reports and submissions prepared by relevant personnel.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for Management review.
• Compile and present key financial information, including company performance, turnover, revenue, cash flow, and other relevant financial indicators.

Budgeting and Cash Flow

• Support the preparation and monitoring of the Company’s overall budget and cash flow projections.
• Monitor cash flow movements to support effective financial planning and management.

Compliance and Procedures

• Ensure daily operations are carried out in accordance with established Company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure all Finance and accounting activities comply with applicable statutory, accounting, and taxation requirements.
• Manage and maintain effective accounting processes, including credit control and regular monitoring of Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Support the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures under the QHS Management System.

External Liaison

• Coordinate and communicate with external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax agents, legal representatives, and relevant government authorities on finance-related matters.

Software and Data Maintenance

• Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and accuracy of accounting software and financial data.
• Ensure accounting records and financial information are properly maintained, updated, and readily available when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
