任职资格

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work at Petaling Jaya
  • Minimum 12 weeks of internship
  • Preferably final semester students

岗位职责

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Track and update order, shipment, and delivery status records accordingly.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analyses related to supply chain activities.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
