Role Description

Handles sales and marketing development by setting brand goals, planning strategies, managing sales targets and promotions, analyzing performance, conducting sales reviews, and building strong relationships with department stores. Coordinates daily operations including stock allocation, product performance monitoring, and manages market feedback, warehouse coordination, brand image upkeep, merchandise display, counter renovations, and new counter setup preparations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to oversee daily operations and team activities.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple departments and ensuring smooth operations.
• Knowledge in streamlining procedures and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in communication and leadership skills essential for team management and collaboration.
• Familiarity with maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure are a must.
• Prior experience in retail and operational management is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
