Responsibilities

• Manage a station with minimal supervision.
• Monitor food quality before service.
• Ensure all preparation work is completed properly.
• Guide and train junior kitchen staff.
• Support the Kitchen Leader in daily operations.

Skills Required

• Full knowledge of the menu and recipes.
• Strong understanding of kitchen workflow.
• Basic stock control and ordering knowledge.

Performance Expectations

• Consistently produces high-quality food.
• Handles peak-hour operations confidently.
• Maintains excellent SOP compliance.
• Positively contributes to team development.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
