JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management or related field

Experience in bakery / food manufacturing / QC is an advantage

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP & Halal requirements

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Able to conduct quality inspections and maintain QC records

Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect raw materials, production processes & finished products
• Monitor product quality according to specifications
• Conduct product checks such as weight, appearance & temperature
• Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, HACCP & Halal requirements
• Record and report quality issues / non-conformities
• Follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene & quality standards

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
