• Assist the Manager in managing and monitoring daily operations.
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and work schedules.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring sales, costs, productivity, and overall departmental performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally when required.
• Assist the Manager in staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions to increase efficiency.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant company requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
