Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to travel/Possess own transportation

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Ai Tools, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic design software.

Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.

Creative, detail-oriented and able to produce visually appealing materials.

Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting, computer hardware and software is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Willing to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies.

Job Description:

Assist in the daily operations and administrative activities of the IT Department.

Provide basic IT support to employees, including hardware, software, system and connectivity issues.

Assist in managing and maintaining company digital systems, applications and online platforms.

Troubleshoot basic issues involving computers, printers, network connections and other IT equipment.

Assist with user account setup, system access, software installation and updates.

Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, software and system information.

Assist in managing and organizing company digital documents, data and records.

Prepare and design presentation slides, company posters, announcements, digital notices and promotional materials.

Create company wishes, festive greetings, birthday/anniversary posts, appreciation posts and internal communication materials.

Support the creation of social media content and digital marketing materials for company branding and promotional activities.

Assist in managing and updating company social media platforms and other digital communication channels.

Develop creative content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.

Assist with photo/video editing and basic content creation for company activities, projects and events.

Ensure all digital content follows the company's branding, logo, colours and corporate guidelines.

Coordinate with HR, Management and other departments to prepare digital materials for recruitment, training, events, campaigns and company announcements.

Liaise with external IT vendors, designers, printers or digital service providers when required.

Assist in system upgrades, software installations, testing and implementation of new digital solutions.

Perform other IT, digital operations, graphic design and marketing-related duties assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
