JOB DESCRIPTION

The Spa Trainer will be responsible for the training, assessment and quality control of company's therapists. You will work closely with the Operations and Management teams to identify performance gaps, investigate service-related complaints and conduct retraining whenever necessary.

This is a hands-on position that requires practical treatment knowledge, strong communication skills and the ability to travel for therapist assessments or customer-site observations when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Therapist Training and Development
• Practical Assessment and Onboarding
• Service Quality and SOP Compliance
• Complaint Investigation and Resolution
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Operational Support
• Work closely with Sales Admin, Data Operations and Management on therapist-related matters.
• Assist with service-quality preparation for corporate, hotel, VIP or special bookings.
• Support the development and improvement of treatment SOPs.
• Ensure all therapists deliver a consistent service that reflects Inaz’s professional standards.
• Perform other training and service-quality duties assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in spa, massage, wellness or beauty services.
• Previous experience as a Spa Trainer, Senior Therapist, Spa Supervisor or similar position is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of massage techniques and spa-service procedures.
• Able to demonstrate, observe and correct treatment techniques effectively.
• Good understanding of hygiene, draping, customer privacy and professional boundaries.
• Strong communication, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Relevant spa, massage or beauty certification will be an advantage.
