URGENT HIRING – F&B CAPTAIN

Cafe Location: Gamuda Gardens, Rawang
Salary: RM2,300 ++
Minimum 3 Years F&B Experience

Looking for an experienced F&B candidate who can support the restaurant team and handle daily front-of-house operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve customers and provide good dining experience
• Take orders and ensure accurate food & beverage service
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback
• Coordinate with kitchen during busy operations
• Assist in opening & closing of outlet
• Ensure dining area and service stations are clean & organised
• Operate POS system and handle cashier/payment transactions
• Assist with stock checking and replenishment
• Support and guide service crew during daily operations
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and grooming standards are followed

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years F&B experience
• Experience in restaurant / service operations
• Familiar with POS & cashier duties
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible and able to work as a team

Location: GAMUDA GARDENS, RAWANG
