• Welcome and attend to patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient appointments, including booking, confirmation, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
• Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp messages, and handle general patient enquiries.
• Register and update patient information accurately and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Coordinate appointments and communication between patients, doctors, and clinic staff.
• Handle daily front desk and administrative tasks.
• Assist with payment collection, receipts, documentation, and related records.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and waiting areas.
• Attend to patient feedback and provide good customer service.
• Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in medical clinics, customer service, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
• Interested in the dental or healthcare industry and willing to learn.
• Able to work according to the clinic's working schedule.
