Fulfilment Assistant (Picker & Packer)
Location: Nuuha Beauty Warehouse, Salak Perdana, Sepang

Join Nuuha Beauty as an E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant

We are looking for fast, careful and responsible individuals to ensure that every customer order is picked correctly, packed securely and handed over to the courier on time.
To us, packing is more than placing products inside a parcel. Every accurate and well-packed order is an important part of the Nuuha Beauty customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Pick products according to the order list or warehouse system.
• Verify the SKU, shade, variation, quantity and product condition before packing.
• Pack skincare and beauty products securely to prevent leakage, damage or dented parcels.
• Ensure free gifts, promotional items and inserts are included correctly.
• Print and verify airway bills before attaching them to parcels.
• Sort parcels according to courier and complete orders before the cut-off time.
• Report damaged, near-expiry, missing or mismatched stock immediately.
• Assist with stock counts, receiving, replenishment and returns when required.
• Keep the workstation clean, organised and safe.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Packing or e-commerce warehouse experience is an advantage; candidates without experience may be considered if they are fast learners.
• Able to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
• Careful when checking product names, SKUs, shades and quantities.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, barcode scanner or basic warehouse system.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of approximately 10–15 kg when required.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined and able to follow SOPs.
• Willing to work according to a roster or perform overtime during sales campaigns when required.
