Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery and carpentry works
• Lead and guide carpenters and installers
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and instructions
• Check quality from fabrication to installation
• Ensure Health & Safety rules are followed on site
• Coordinate work schedule with Project Manager and management
• Monitor progress to meet project timelines
• Prepare timesheets and simple site documentation
• Train and guide workers to improve performance

Job Requirements

• Experience in joinery or carpentry works
• Able to read and understand basic drawings
• Experience supervising workers is an advantage
• Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking
• Basic knowledge of site safety practices
• Able to communicate clearly with team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
