Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Coordinate production workflow and manpower allocation.
• Monitor product quality and ensure production procedures are followed.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
• Guide and monitor production staff on daily tasks.
• Conduct daily briefings and assign work accordingly.
• Monitor production records, material usage and wastage.
• Identify production issues and support process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or related production environment.
• Previous experience in production supervision or team leadership.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a production environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.
