About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing and driven Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, building connections and creating new business opportunities.

You’ll play an active role in growing our business, connecting with potential clients and introducing our cabinetry and fit-out solutions to the market.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and industry contacts.
• Introduce and promote the company’s products, services and project capabilities.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade shows and client meetings to build connections and generate leads.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations and other client materials.
• Follow up with potential clients and turn opportunities into actual projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
• Follow up on project collections and outstanding payments when required.
• Support sales forecasting and business development planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, while candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing will have an added advantage.
• Outgoing, confident and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Proactive and willing to explore new opportunities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, cabinetry, construction or property-related industries is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
