Full Time Project Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Grandwork Interior Sdn Bhd Puchong - Ricebowl

· Supervise general site activities and project execution to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.

• Monitor daily site activities, facilities, and site conditions to ensure smooth project operations and timely completion of works.

• Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate project reports, site updates, and relevant project documentation.

• Manage and supervise daily site labour workforce, including manpower planning, attendance, productivity, and work allocation.

• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, clients, landlords, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review, verify, and assess subcontractor claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with actual work progress and project requirements.

• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.

• Identify site issues, delays, or risks and report to the Project Manager with necessary updates and recommendations.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
