CONTENT CREATOR

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and confident Content Creator to join our Marketing Team.

You will be responsible for creating engaging video content from start to finish — from planning ideas, shooting videos, editing, and occasionally appearing in front of the camera.

This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys creating videos, follows current trends, and is confident in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Shooting & Production

* Plan and shoot engaging video content for the company.

* Create content such as product videos, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes, customer projects, educational content, and trending videos.

* Handle basic camera, lighting, microphone, and audio equipment.

* Ensure videos are clear, attractive, and suitable for social media.

2. Video Editing

* Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

* Add subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, and other creative elements.

* Ensure videos are engaging, easy to understand, and consistent with the company’s branding.

* Complete and deliver content according to the agreed schedule.

3. On-Camera Talent

* Be comfortable appearing in videos as a host, presenter, or brand representative when required.

* Speak confidently and naturally in front of the camera.

* Able to interact, improvise, and make videos more entertaining and engaging.

* Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

4. Content Planning & Creative Ideas

* Brainstorm new and creative content ideas with the Marketing Team.

* Plan content based on promotions, campaigns, products, customer projects, and current trends.

* Follow the company’s content calendar and ensure content is completed on time.

* Continuously explore new ideas and formats to improve content performance.

5. Social Media & Trend Awareness

* Keep up with current trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

* Identify trending video styles, sounds, topics, and content ideas that are suitable for the company.

* Work together with the Digital Marketing Team to create content that can increase reach, engagement, enquiries, and brand awareness.

* Review content performance and suggest improvements for future videos.

Requirements

* Experience in video shooting and video editing.

* Comfortable and confident appearing in front of the camera.

* Familiar with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.

* Creative and able to turn simple ideas into interesting content.

* Good storytelling and communication skills.

* Understand basic social media content and current trends.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Able to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

* Positive attitude and willing to learn.

* Basic photography skills will be an added advantage.

Most importantly, we want someone who doesn’t just know how to edit videos — we want someone who can think of ideas, create the content, and confidently bring those ideas to life.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
